Meet Our Life Coaches
Mark Smith, Life Coach
Mark’s own life experiences are a testament to the transformative power of coaching. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from East Carolina University in 2011, graduating Magna Cum Laude at the age of 39. He went on to serve as a Judicial Official for the State of North Carolina for nearly a decade, including more than eight years presiding over Small Claims Court. During that time, Mark gained valuable insight into the lives of individuals and families impacted by the justice system.
Driven by a passion to help others live more fulfilling lives, Mark worked to become a Duke trained Health & Wellness Coach. He brings together the insight gained from his personal and professional journey with the evidence-based tools of coaching to support real, lasting change.
Mark understands that meaningful growth requires accountability and ACTION—and he’s ready to walk alongside you on your journey toward greater health, purpose, and empowerment.
