Kelsey Grummert, LCSW
Kelsey is a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly 10 years of experience in the field of social work and the last three years spent as a therapist. She is a passionate advocate for mental health and dedicated to helping you on your healing journey.
Kelsey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Theological Studies from Welch College and a MSW from Walden University. She has spent the majority of her career working with children and adolescents and uses a variety of evidence-based modalities in treatment. She also focuses on the power of the therapeutic relationship with those she works with.
Kelsey specializes in working with young children and their families through the use of Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) and is a trained Circle of Security Parenting (COS-P) facilitator. She uses her skills learned through both of these trainings to help parents understand and navigate their child’s behaviors through understanding the meaning of behavior. Kelsey is passionate about helping individuals who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and those in the perinatal/postpartum period.
Kelsey is a New Bern native and during her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, shopping, and spending time near the water.
